As an athlete, I have always cared about nutrition — a vital pillar of health and performance.

Working with elite athletes throughout my career, from cyclists and runners to rugby players, footballers and boxers, I discovered the importance of getting nutrients from real food — not ultra-processed supplements full of fillers, chemicals and synthetic ingredients.

  • Played a pivotal role in communicating Team Sky's historic victories at the Tour de France, Team GB’s numerous Olympic gold medals, and the continuous streak of results through to 2019.

  • Built enduring and expanding networks with pro-cyclists, brands, and sponsors.

  • Collaborated with sporting legends, actors, journalists, and on-screen talent.

  • Contributed to impactful initiatives like Sky Ocean Rescue and charity endeavours.

  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and advancing corporate social responsibility.

At Sky, I have worked with sporting legends, the world's greatest actors, sky pundits and on-screen talent, hard-hitting journalists on the front line at Sky News, and the world's biggest studios — connecting our customers to more of what they love.

Through corporate initiatives, I found a strong sense of purpose through my ability to help others and tackle real-world issues, from Sky Ocean Rescue (reducing single-use plastics in our ocean) to charity initiatives and building an inclusive culture at Sky — putting our people, communities and equality first.
